These Terms govern your use of The Hype Classwebsites, mobile applications, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

The Hype Class provides tools for parents to log missed classes and recover credits, and for studios to manage sessions, attendance, waitlists, and parent communication. The Service is not a full billing, payroll, or enrollment platform.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Studio owners are responsible for staff access they grant within their organization.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse SMS or email features for spam or unlawful communication.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape data you are not authorized to access, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Third-party providers and studios

Parents manage relationships with activity providers and studios. The Hype Class facilitates communication workflows but does not guarantee provider responses, credit outcomes, or studio policies.

Availability and changes

We may modify features, suspend access for maintenance, or discontinue parts of the Service. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users.
